Vivian Erickson

Vivian M. Erickson, age 94, of Merrill, passed away Saturday, May 17, 2014 at Ministry Good Samaritan Health Center. She was born January 25, 1920 in Merrill to the late Christian and Jennie (Pedersen) Erickson. Vivian worked as a telephone operator for Bell when she was younger. She later worked as a secretary for Weinbrenner Shoe Company where she eventually retired. Vivian enjoyed rummage saling and finding good deals. She loved listening to Christian music and read her Bible daily. Vivian was 1 of 12 children and enjoyed spending time with her family. She was a member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church, Merrill. Survivors include her many loving and caring nieces and nephews, family members and friends. A Memorial Service for Vivian will be held Thursday, May 22 at 7 PM. Rev. Joel Danner will officiate. Visitation will be held from 6 PM until the time of service at the funeral home. Memorials may be given in Vivian's name to the St. Stephen's Radio Ministry.
