Lucille Duginski

Lucille Duginski, 77, of Merrill, passed away peacefully at her home on Wednesday, June 13, 2012. She was born March 4, 1935 to the late George and Lucille (Small) Kaplan in Merrill. On July 15, 1953, she and Andrew Duginski were united in marriage in Merrill, a marriage lasting 58 years. Lucille worked the dairy farm with her husband for many years. She had also waitressed at Kozy Korner, Club 64 and Lehrmans. Lucille enjoyed playing cards and going to the casino. She enjoyed spending time with her family. She was a member of St. Francis Catholic Church. Survivors include her husband: Andrew Duginski, Merrill; seven children: Lucinda Long, Patricia (Ed) Thomaschefsky, Brian Duginski, Bruce (Lisa) Duginski, Christopher Duginski, Melissa (Mark) Porath, all of Merrill, and Jean Pfantz, of Wausau; 10 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and three sisters. Services will be held 11 AM Monday, June 18, 2012 at St Francis Catholic Church. Fr. Joseph Kleinheinz will officiate. Friends may call from 4-7 PM Sunday, June 17, 2012, and again from 9:30 – 10:30 AM Monday, all at Waid Funeral Home. Burial will be in St. Francis Cemetery.
