Lenore Ripczinski

Lenore Marie Ripczinski, age 84, of Merrill, Wisconsin passed away on Wednesday, February 9, 2022, at Pine Crest Nursing Home in Merrill, Wisconsin. She was born on September 6, 1937, in the Town of Weston, Wisconsin to Herman and Lou (Spangle) Costa.

On October 15, 1982, Lenore married Jeffrey “Jeff” George Ripczinski in the Town of Weston at Mount Olive Lutheran Church. Lenore and Jeff loved spending time together and enjoyed the time the spent building their log cabin.

She was a member of the Watkins President Guild, and a Sunday School Teacher for Mount Olive Lutheran Church in Weston.

Lenore enjoyed just about anything involving the outdoors. She loved hunting, fishing, and gardening. She especially loved hummingbirds, her children, grandchildren, and her great grandchildren.

Lenore had a great sense of humor and was able to persevere through anything. She will be dearly missed by those who were close to her.

Lenore is survived by her husband, Jeff Ripczinski, children; Todd Steif and Jerilyn Landrum, stepchildren; Greg (Nicole) Ripczinski, and Christien Su Copes, grandchildren; Andrew and Austin, step-grandchildren, Olivia, Ashley, Jayden, and Evan, great-grandchildren; Logan and Liam, and brother Tom (Diane) Costa. She was preceded in death by her parents, cousin Bob Costa, Aunt Mary, Aunt Irma, and Uncle Adolf.

No services are scheduled at this time. Cremation to take place.
