Harold G. Hagedorn, age 87, of Merrill, died Friday, April 12, 2013 at Pine Crest Nursing Home, Merrill. He was born September 20, 1925, in the Town of Pine River. He was the son of the late William and Ella Hagedorn. Harold had served in the U.S Army from 1954 to 1956 in Japan. He worked at various Merrill area companies throughout his life, including Semling and Menke, Badger Evergreen, Wendorf Bus Service and Peterson and Latzig, where he retired in 1987. Harold is survived by several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and 5 sisters: Lillian Wengler, Mildred Klimek, Adela Zastrow, Norma Hagedorn and Ruth Langbecker.
