Ferrol Annette Schumacher age 74 of Merrill, died Sunday, September 8, 2013 at the Home Place of Dorchester surrounded by her family. Ferrol was born February 28, 1939 in Wilton Township, the daughter of Ralph and Delphia (Perkins) Pfuhl. Ferrol was a cook for many years. She truly enjoyed knitting spending time with her grandchildren, and driving around the woods in Harrison Hills area.
Survivors include: daughter: Cheryl (Bill) Gronke, Merrill; 3 sons: Gerald (Monika) Schumacher, Merrill; Emil (Norma) Schumacher, Merrill; and Ronald (special friend Margie) Schumacher, Red Wing, MN; 9 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; brother: Floran "Tuffy" (Harriet) Pfuhl, Gleason; Half-brothers: Marvin Clark and Marion Clark Half-sister: Adell Clark; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, a granddaughter, and 3 brothers. A Memorial Service will be 6 pm Tuesday, September 10, 2013 at Waid Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 5pm until the time of the service at the funeral home. The Waid Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements. Online condolences may be made at www.waidfuneral.com.
