Catherine Duginski

Catherine Duginski, age 88, of Nekoosa, Wisconsin, passed away Saturday, August 19, 2017. She was born on July 28, 1930 in Rhinelander to the late Jesse and Angeline (Dumpprope) Brown. Catherine and John Duginski were united in marriage on July 28, 1948. He preceded her in death on August 3, 1977.
Catherine worked various jobs throughout the years, her last position was at Weinbrenner in Merrill. She enjoyed crocheting, knitting, painting, and going on walks. She would regularly visit her neighbors on her walking routes. She will be sadly missed.
Survivors include her sisters: Lavilla Brown and Mary Lou Wood, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents: Jesse and Angeline Brown; her husband: John Duginski; sisters: Gladys Malone, Dorothy Gullen, Leona Olsen, Rosemary Crider-Miles, Marion Cheatum, and Louella Bagbey; her brothers: Tom, Don, Daniel, and Bob Duginski
A Visitation will be held for Catherine on Monday, August 28, 2017 from 10am to 12 pm at the funeral home. Burial will be at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Cemetery in Merrill immediately following the visitation. Waid Funeral Home and Cremation is assisting the family with arrangements.
